If a judge, a probation or parole officer, a treatment court or a pretrial services program has told you to take a drug or alcohol test, this page explains how to get it done at Colligo Pro. It covers what to bring, which of our two locations fits your day, and what happens when you get there.

Your order or instructions usually say what kind of test you need and how soon. Some also say where to go. Keep that paperwork with you, so you can show exactly what your court or program asked for.
Colligo Pro collects urine drug tests and breath alcohol tests. If your paperwork asks for a different kind of test, call 248-757-5570 before you come.
No photo ID with you? A photo of your driver's license on your phone works, or another card with your photo on it, such as a library card, a warehouse store card or a student ID.
Bring the paperwork even if you think we already have a copy. It shows exactly what your court or program asked for.
Colligo Pro has two locations in Oakland County and one phone number for both. You can walk in at either one during its hours, with no appointment, and parking is free at both. Their hours are very different, so check the one you pick before you leave.
Southfield opens early on weekday mornings and again in the evening, and it is closed in the middle of the day. It is also open on weekend and holiday mornings. It suits anyone who works a daytime shift or needs to test on a weekend.
Plan around the midday closure. The morning and evening hours are two separate windows, and the door is locked between them.
GPS brings you to what looks like the back of the building. That is the entrance, and the Colligo Pro sign is on the door.
Farmington Hills is open at midday on weekdays and closed on weekends and holidays. The address below says which entrance to use, and the suite is on the ground floor.

Court-ordered tests are collected under observation. A visit usually takes about 15 minutes.
You do not need to call to come in. Call 248-757-5570 first if your paperwork names a test you do not see on this page, or if you have any other question before you come. The same number reaches both locations.
If your order gives you only a day or two, look at both locations' hours now and pick the next open window. When a deadline falls on a weekend or a holiday, Southfield is the location that is open, in the morning.
How and when your result reaches your court or officer depends on your program. Ask about it when you call.
If you supervise people who test, you are welcome to link to this page in your instructions. To set up testing for your court or agency, see testing for courts and probation. People testing for a reason other than a court order can start at testing for individuals.
